Brightstar Care of Charleston

Brighstar Care of Charleston provides in-home care and skilled nursing services throughout the Greater Charleston area, including Charleston, Mount Pleasant, North Charleston, West Ashley, Goose Creek, and James Island, as well as Berkeley and Dorchester counties. We offer personal care, companionship, respite care, and assistance with daily living, along with skilled nursing under RN oversight. We specialize in higher-acuity care at home, including infusion therapy (IV antibiotics, IVIG, TPN), wound care, medication management, and post-hospital recovery. We work with long-term care insurance, VA/Optum VACCN, Cigna, TRICARE, and private pay. Joint Commission accredited.
